That all sounds good, but how do you work with your clients?

I would have the same question if I were you because I have seen many people in gyms being taught incorrectly. Read on to learn about my steps and movement philosophy.

Precision is the key to the Strength 123 workout, and it guarantees that you will receive the most benefit from your workout program to accomplish your goal. After an extensive analysis, I will determine in which phase you will belong:

Phase 1:  Flexibility and Posture

Phase 2: Strength and central nervous system conditioning

Phase 3: Athletic Movement Conditioning

Each phase builds upon the next. Even people who have been working out for years can fall into Phase 1 if they have not been functioning correctly. To determine in which phase you belong and guarantee your success, I will go through an extensive evaluation with you.

      My Strength 123 philosophy:

  •         I believe in starting with the basics. The foundation of the program is understanding what each muscular movement is really supposed to feel like—not what you think it's supposed to feel like, or what you were previously taught it is supposed to feel like.

  •        It is critical that you understand exactly how to contract your muscles and precisely where the tension in your body should be at all times. It's extremely focused work but, without it, you will simply set yourself up to fail down the line.

  •         Proper positioning is necessary to stay injury-free. You will learn what AAE and bicycle-wheel hyposesis means and how it will impact your longevity program.

  •        Once you’ve mastered the basics, we’ll shift the focus to functionality. We will work with a series of exercises, many of which are taken from track and field, high jumping, long jumping, sprinting, ballet, martial arts, and gymnastics. Again, it is about mastering specific movements, yet the movements will depend on your capabilities and goals, whether they are to define muscles, build a toned, slim body, look like an athlete, or look like a fitness model who is strong and slender without having huge muscles or being emaciated. (These are just a few of the kinds of goals people have for how they look; Other goals for some people might be to get rid of lower back pain or shoulder pain, or to recover from injuries. Those are all areas I am experienced and successful working with it.)

  •         We don’t increase the cardiovascular intensity yet; instead, you will repeat some drills until you know how to execute each new movement correctly. Once you can move correctly while maintaining the right muscular balance and tension, we will move on.

  •        Once we are sure that you can move like an athlete, we will train you like an athlete. We will go into more intense workout routines that are designed specifically for your individual fitness level.

  •        The intensity level will change constantly, and we will vary movements, combinations, rest periods, weights, repetitions and speed.

  •       You will receive workout programs, basic foundations programs, and education on how to “burn fat fast” within your workouts.

 

What about your nutrition program? Is it just another gimmick?

I know that proper nutrition is the only way to support your ultimate goal of improved physical and mental performance, productivity, well being and appearance. The Mental Detox™ will teach you about the most beneficial foods for you, and the personal diet program will build on those core fundamentals.

Like the fitness program, the nutrition program also has three phases:

Phase 1: Cleansing to establish a functioning metabolism

Phase 2: Rejuvenation to fire up the engine of deep-tissue fat-burning

Phase 3: Fine-tuning to your personal weight loss maintenance program

      My nutrition philosophy:

  •        In order to function at 100% of your mental and physical capabilities, you must eat what the earth has provided you. By that I mean: eat as close as possible to the earth.

  •        The goal is to eat food as it was meant to be, fresh and not altered. It's really very simple: 1) Don’t eat food unless you can pronounce all of the ingredients on the label. 2) Eat food that comes to you directly from the ground, whose structure is not chemically altered. If most of the food you eat comes pre-packaged, re-stock your refrigerator!

  •        You can choose any food, as long as it is non-processed, from the earth, and beneficial to you individual goals. I will teach you why certain foods are more beneficial than others, and how certain ingredients can turn an otherwise drab entrée into a sophisticated meal that looks, smells, and tastes great.

  •        I will teach you how to live for 14-days without eating any damaging foods. I created a plan that includes only the most beneficial foods and liquids—a plan that revolves around three important categories: vegetables, carbohydrates, and proteins.

  •        As always, I am here to guide, inspire and motivate you. I recommend that you rotate foods so you won't be bored with meals or build up toxicity that causes allergic reactions and will not fall off track again. All of the “Look, Learn, Do” recipes that I help you to create are easy to prepare and delicious.

  •        After the cleansing and rejuvenation process, you are ready to receive a personal nutrition program that you can easily follow anywhere. Your food log will play a critical part in your transformation to a toned, lighter and stronger you.

  •        Cheating is necessary. Learn about the 7 foods that you must cheat with to stay on any successful diet program. Even I cheat here and there. Even so, I do not gain weight but maintain my athletic figure—and so can you.
